You need to supply a suitable container of water or bowl they will bath when they want some more than others

I have been putting a shallow dish of water in the bottom of the cage for my Zebras, but so far they have declined to have a bath. Being a grassland bird would they prefer a dust bath?

Wrong type of bath salts?...or maybe they prefer a showerImage

They do bathe when it suits them...like gouldians.Hecks grassfinches and bengalese seem to bathe the most.

You might want to try a different type of dish if they've been ignoring their bath a long time. One of my pairs didn't like their thin plastic bowl (heavy enough not to tip, but maybe too thin to comfortable perch on the rim) so I replaced it with a ceramic dish, and they use that just fine.
4 zebras Crystal, Beau, Bella and Dmitri (the little squeaker), 2 societies Diva and DJ (and their 6 adult kids), and 2 green singers Thor and Regina

I use the bottom dish of a flower pot, I've used both plastic and ceramic. My goulds take a bath every morning all together as a flock.
