im in kentucky so if there are any near northern kentucky that would be wonderful ill go as far as southern indiana and southern ohio
so please if you know of anyone let me know

I know someone who breeds zebra finches in Owensboro KY. I actually got my pair of zebras from him (my male is pied). I know he currently has several to sell (in several color combos, including solid white) & is cheaper than the local pet stores there. If you are interested, I can get his email or phone number for you and you can work out something with him.
