Ah ha, I must be familiar with the older laws. It's good to hear that there have been some changes made, at least in the UK.

Very cool about the laws being updated, I remember when the 6 month quarintine was required though.
Glad to hear that you submitted your paperwork for the permit. It really is much better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it as the saying goes. The 50 bucks is much cheaper than a huge ticket! It took a couple weeks before I got my license after paying for it and submitting the application.
