So if it's a virus, there's nothing I can do (like antibiotics) except supportive care, like heat and quiet, right?

We have 2 kids, 2 dogs, a 75 gallon fishtank, 4 mice, 2 Society Finches, and 12 Gouldian finches - BHPBGB male, 2 BHPBGB black headed females (one is their chick), RHPBGB male, 2 RHPBGB females (one a "dirty" redhead), YHPBGB male, YHPBGB female, YHWBYB male, SHWBBB male, SHWBSB (silver) male, and SHWBSB (silver) female.

I am only throwing ideas at you. Could be a virus, could be bacterial...

Depending on what it is there are antibiotics that you can and should give. I agree with Elana, you need to see a vet before it gets to far along and spreads further.So if it's a virus, there's nothing I can do (like antibiotics) except supportive care, like heat and quiet, right?
