I don't think you sounded pushy at all! It's good that you spoke up because it looks as if you're the only one with experience with them. I wouldn't have thought that it could be stress for them or that they would eat the poops. But I never had any myself so I didn't really know.

So IMO no reason to apologize. :mrgreen:
Walk-in aviary with Waxbills (6 Cordon Bleu, 3 Orange Cheek, 3 Black-rumped, 1 Lavender, ), 1 European Goldfinch, 4 Gouldians, 2 Spice Finches, 6 Owl Finches, 4 Budgies and 2 male Button Quail.
I also have 2 parrotlets, 3 dogs, 1 snake and 3 freshwater fishtanks.

you will need to inclose the bottom of the cage to keep out unwanted animals like rats, mice, snakes, and things that would eat your birds.

Nah :mrgreen: I'm a Kentuckian, I don't use them thar proper words. I thought it was comical. Droppings sounds too sophisticated when you consider that they sling it everywhere like it's revenge for putting them in a cage.
