Unfortunately I think manufacturers sell everything now in days no matter how defective it turns out. And Not as factory rejects but as new products like those that turn out good.
I've boughtthings that I've loved and then bought a second to have it be completely useless/defective.

Makes me realize how some people gave it 5 stars and some 0.

For example when I bought heat lamps holders from Amazon cheap, they were in deed cheap tho they were sold as new some came dented etc
When I went to Lowe's in person what a difference in quality and usability (as in didn't fall apart) and already assembled for sometimes just a few dollars more.
I'm getting more and more into local shopping, tho due to limited availablity at times and poor health i resort to online.
