BREEDING BOXES AGAIN

Post by CHIRP » Sat Aug 30, 2014 7:29 am

Good day everybody, can you tell me, after the Zebz have left the nest and it is used, will they return the next time to the same nest when its time for more eggs? or will she seek another abode marketed by a different estate agent in the cage, thanks.

Zebras re-use nests most of the time. When still I kept zebras, I used to pull some of the nesting material out to get rid of the baby droppings. Your nest didn't have any babies, so it should be perfect to re-use.

Yes, as long as the nest is cleaned out of any old nasties, they will use it again. Just give them some fresh nesting material, and they will go to town. I love that aviary!
