Some of the eggs are all bright yellow inside, only a small air space on top.......

Well almost by something weird in the water here, not long after I wrote this they left the nest and never went back as if they knew it was a lost cause, now I will transfer to the new aviary and they will have the 3rd attempt.......

Yeah, sounds like they're duds.
They shouldn't be yellow like that. That's a "clear" egg - non fertile.

I would candle them before you discard just to ensure there's nobody home. The eggs laid at the end of the clutch could theoretically be just about to hatch.

I'd also candle them to see what happened.
Are they all clear eggs? If so, then there's a fertility issue or they may just be too young to mate properly.
If there's a bunch of dead-in-shell, there could be another problem -- genetic, an illness, etc.

They all (7) are bright yellow and have a small air pocket . Nothing inside any.

Chirp, do you have any idea how old they are and if they are perhaps related? Trying to narrow down what the problem could be...

When I got them they were about 2 months old, I have had them 4 and a quarter months now, si I think they are 6 months old. They guy who sold them to me was not at all helpful with advice, less than zero, and he was a breeder..... when I in the start told him about puffy bird, rocking and falling over he said he never even heard of such stuff, till I joined here then I learnt a lot about egg bound etc etc, I even put up a special thread to thank everybody........ Glad I did join, tomorrow night I put the new aviary together and they get swopped into new posh complex Wednesday morning.

Ok, 6 months is still very young to breed, even for Zebra finches. I wouldn't worry about them having 2 dud nests. They also need to figure it all out. Luckily it's warming up now and the chance of egg binding is less. To feel safer, you can give them liquid calcium in the water once a week. The hen uses up a lot of calcium when laying.

Spring is in the air and their new mansion is waiting for them. They just need more practice  :D
