You can buy Avi-sup. It is a soluble multivitamin powder that you can put in the water from time to time.

Agreed with Marius.
A good multivitamin should do the trick.

That, and a good diet with lots of fresh foods. (Though remember that they don't always eat all the foods they should, especially when they're new. So I give at least a couple weeks. I put the new food in with foods that they love so they're more apt to try it.
You need to be careful with putting a new food in an unfamiliar bowl/plate/etc. in a location where they don't typically go for food (e.g. you put a new bowl on the floor, but they have all hanging cups.)
They may not view it as food. I made that mistake once!

If you need it, I have a printable list of safe and dangerous foods:

I keep it on my fridge for easy reference.

I got mine from Panorama. There is Pets etc in Goodwood that should also stock it. I don't really use it often, rather in winter when I don't use eggfood on a daily basis. I use the Avi-plus eggfood during the breeding season which contains all the vitamins and minerals they need. I put a bit of scrambled egg over a couple of spoons of eggfood and crush it together. The egg is added to entice them to eat it., because few birds would eat dry eggfood. I also sprinkle a bit of powdered eggshell over the egg before mixing it with the eggfood. I take it that you are not in the northern suburbs. Monotwine can give you advice about shops in the southern suburbs and Rox on shops in the Helderberg area.
