Anyone else having trouble ordering Bands from the NFSS site? When I put 2014 bands in the cart, they show up as 2015. Also, don't see where to order xf size split plastic. They seem to have all the other sizes there, but not the XF. Anyone know who to contact with troubles.

You can send an email to bands@nfss.org. That goes to Paula, who is our band secretary. The website has just been redone, so there may be a few kinks that need to be worked out.

wilkifam What sizes do you need, and how many? I ordered lots of bands for 2014, and then never did set up my birds for breeding, so I have all these bands left over. I will give them away to anyone who needs them. I have lots of size A, some B, C, and D.

Just a few size B. After that I will be ordering 2015.

Sally, I would love a couple of size D if you wouldn't mind and have spares. I am a bit anxious at trying to band something so tiny! Lol
I feel pretty sure mine will give me one more clutch this season.

Oh Sally... If you have a bunch of bands you aren't going to end up using I could put them to good use. And then I can officially get on the band wagon and order bands for 2015.

Colt Are you an NFSS member? I would need your NFSS number so I could transfer the bands to you. I have plenty of A's, a few B's, C's, and D's.

Sally - I am yes ma'am. I joined earlier this year. I've got my card in my wallet. The couple of times I tried to order bands I got frustrated and couldn't figure out how to/what size to get and would get all nervous about it and just stop.

I know I really need to get on the ball and start close-banding them so Im going to attempt to have all my 2015 babies close-banded for sure. But I have tons of birds on eggs right now so it would be nice to practice the last part of this year.
