Does anyone here use the Finch Breeder Database?

I have been using it for a while, and find it wonderful. This morning, I seem to have lost ALL my birds in the database. It shows birds in stock on the menu page, but when I click on my birds, they are all GONE! Any ideas?

I use this too!
I just checked and my info appears to be in there properly, but a few of the icons weren't showing up on the "My Birds" list.
Did you check again? Perhaps it was just some temporary glitch?
Or is it possible you have more than one login? I've done that before. Created an account with one email and then with another. Then I randomly get logged out and log in under the wrong one and freak out until I realize I have logged in to the wrong account.
But oh goodness, I need to export the data somehow as I don't have a backup! I've been relying on that database instead of taking written notes.

I only have one logon. Been using it on a daily basis. I can see in the menu it lists the number of birds I have but when I click on my birds, nothing shows up. I can click on each species, and same result. I am Pretty computer literate, as I am an IT Specialist by trade..... I've logged out and back in with no better results.....

I use this also and all my birds info seems to be still there, i notice your birds are still showing up on your signature which would imply info is still in database.

How frustrating.
I've been using it off and on all morning and haven't noticed any glitches on mine today, but I have had in the past. Usually they correct by later on that day or the next.

I can see the birds by going to the cages. Hope it gets fixed.

Well, I just went to my list of birds. I use the table format. Under Gallery, the icon for an existing photo is missing, but if I click on the individual bird, the photo is there.

Mine won't work in Table OR Picture mode. It won't switch between. Tried different browser too. My database must be corrupt.

Well, that blows.

Maybe the admins can help you? Did you check your Archive folder to see if maybe they accidentally got put in there?

I did, and the archive birds show up just fine.

Horray! That's good news! Tech issues are so frustrating. Glad to hear they got you all sorted!
Just in case, though, there should be a way to export data from their system. I need to look into that, as your post made me realize how much it would stink to lose that info.
