Hi,
I am trying to find a seed hopper for my Gouldian Finches. I cannot find any at the online finch stores where the shipping doesn't double the cost.
Does anyone know of a finch store that sells them with free (or minimal) shipping?
HOWEVER, I have several local places that sell outdoor seed hoppers for wild birds. Can I get these for my cage? Or do they have a different safety threshold for wild animals? Metal, wood, or plastic recommended?
Thanks! My seeded floors thank you too! Laura

Re: Wild bird feeders
I've used outdoor feeders for years in my aviary without a problem. The easier it is to clean the better, there are many varieties out there so just pick one that would work best in your situation.
Good luck

Re: Wild bird feeders
I have used them also, just avoid the cedar ones...I like the plastic ones, they clean up well!
