Could this be a sinus infection

I have a Gouldian who,off and on, has had a bump above his left eye. For a while I thought he was being pick on by another male who can be aggressive. Now he has the same type of bump above both eyes. They don't seem to bother him and other then that he appears very healthy. Could it be a sinus infection??

yes quiet possibly. any nasal discharge?

Hi Cindy, no discharge of any kind. He doesn't seem to be in any distress at all. I'm located in the mountains in western MD
