Is there a Magazine for Bird owners that would include information on Finches ?

The absolute best magazine for finches IMO is 'Just Finches', though it is pricey. It is published in New Zealand, but one caution--you will want more and more species if you read this magazine!!

The only magazine I am aware of in the U.S. is the Journal put out by the National Finch and Softbill Society for its members. It contains articles from members on how they breed/keep their finches.
