Not moving can be a good choice. We just moved this past summer, from northern Wisconsin to Kentucky. Then we had some big construction done in our house which was almost like another move. We've unpacked three times in the last 9 months. Enough! I hope this is our last house.

It is best to get any pets written into Lease.
My lease changed when renewed from 2 cats or dogs to 2 pets.
Fortunately had common sense manager who didn't consider some pets such as finches, hamsters and fish as a regular pet. These types of animals have much shorter lives normally than cats and fogs.
Parakeets did have limit before deposit required tho.
So good to check.
If there is ever maintenance needed in apartment or u get a nosey neighbor
Or a new manager who turns out to be like that Crazy Dictator senior citizen manager with no sense whatsoever
You r covered.

2 fish is ABSURD
I can understand 2 Tanks
Or Tank Size limit
Or insurance required
( in 35 yrs I had 1 bad leak from bad filters which ruined carpet, padfing and buckled wood floor underneath.

But it darn well doesn't matter how many Fish r in a tank if the Water leaks!
