Bird show in Sacramento CA

If I go, what is a fair price for
Owls
Indian Silverbills
Spice finch
I'm a bit concerned about how many birds will be at the show as it seems sort of an all-purpose pet show more than an actual bird show. With rabbits and small mammals and reptiles and basically just about any small pet that isn't a cat or dog.
