So.... this was a while ago... I’m REALLY interested to know how this all turned out. I know EXACTLY how you feel about not having wanted Tom leave them with people in Korea.... the “bird market” was enough to make me want to vomit... the condition she these birds were kept in... god. Now, I might wind up in a similar situation, but I live in Japan with my three Java’s, and I’d be going to Hawaii to live. Nothing is decided, but the earlier I know, the better, to help inform my decisions. I will not part with them- I’d rather not move.
So, could you please tell me what you wound up doing in your situation? I really need to know!

Rothe18 The first thing I'd do is check Hawaii regulations on importing birds. They are quite strict about a lot of live creatures.
