When should males be able to sing?

Hi there,

I have four baby zebra finches at the moment- 1 has begun to sing now.
I'm just wondering how long males can take to learn to sing? Because this is the only one singing -does this mean it is the only male? By what day should all the male/s in my lot of babies be singing?
Thanks!

It's difficult to say, as different chicks develope at their own speed.

Have they began moulting into adult colours yet?

Zebra learn sing in the nest since when they re embryo. They start singing at arround 2 months when the male marks are comin.b

Okay thanks! My Zebs aren't weaned yet, so parents are still feeding them. They hatched 3rd of Jan. They are speckled whites so guessing they won't get any adult colouring? (Or at least the males won't get all the colourful markings etc)
