So make an imgur account
Download an app called video to gif (pic below)
Then do a video on your phone,use the app to change it to a gif then upload it to your ingur account.
Next hold down on the gif in the ingur account and hold down till it says copy or the safari/google logo which will take you to the internet link then copy the link and past it onto the forum
