Lighting for Zebs

Hi All,

I’m considering keeping birds in a part of my garage and I’m just wondering what lights would work well in there as it’s quite dark. At a guess I’d probably only be keeping Zebs in there and maybe societies if I managed to find some. I am looking for lights that use pretty much no power and are fairly cheap to buy. Also would I be able to breed birds in there or is it only good to breed under natural lighting? Is it bad for the birds to have only fake lighting? And would I just turn the lights off at night or have them on a timer so that they dim on their own? (For instance what would happen if I was away??)
