What minimum cage size would be ideal to house two zebra finches(male, female) and one female green singer finch? All three are very friendly and not aggressive at all.

'Minimum' is never 'ideal' - always go for the biggest you can afford, as the birds will enjoy every inch.

A 30 x 18 inch would be sufficient.

The generally agreed on minimum for finches is 30 inches in length. Domesticated species like zebras/societies do well in smaller still.
All birds benefit from flight opportunities outside their cage, no matter its size.

The bigger the cage, the better it is. Make sure to not buy them a parrot cage as they can easily escape.
