Shaftails

Post by lovemyfinch » Tue May 05, 2009 2:16 pm

Does anyone here have an idea until what age that a pair of shaftails can safely breed. I am looking into a pair that are 3 years old, proven. $45.00 cdn for the pair.

Thanks
Janine

9 months and older. :=) *to be safe for breeding them* 45 bucks for the pair? its pretty cheap. but considering they're not young birds. its okay i guess. Post some pics if you do get them soon. :D

Happy Breeding. At 3 years they should be seasoned parents. Nice and mature to be attentive parents but not to young as to be iffy.
