So i guess the parents are split for blue! The grey normal, someone will come and give you all the genetic info, but i think it yellow/blue and purple chest that gives the grey head, something like a SF yellow blue bird.

This is a Pastel Blue male
Pastel Blues are genetically SF Yellow Blue Bodied Males (with a visually Purple Breast).
The yellow gene is what causes the bird to have a charcoal grey head - if he did not have the yellow gene, he would simply be BH PB Blue bodied, and the black would be the normal Black color.
So both parents must be split for Blue! Congrats! I love this combination.
