Hi,
my male weavers has been in partial eclipse plummage since december, his head is brown, neck orange, and the rest looks again brown witht he occasional black feather here and there.
I do have the feeling he has gotten an few more black feathers, but I am not sure(if he got any new ones then only 2-3).
Do they always take that long??
Our Farm, Garden & Pet store said I should feed them carrots, but they wont touch them(together with any other veggies or greenery).
Everyone is healthy and happy, eating well etc.
I just feel he is taking too long for his molt.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
