I don't have any experience with this type of bird, but have you tried Googling them?

Thought so...

You want the BBIA forum....
http://www.british-birds-in-aviculture.info/

Long tailed tits are available occasionally at around £150 pr.They need a spacious flight of their own.The biggest snag is that in the UK to sell any British birds they have to be close rung...no major problem with such as goldfinches. But the long tailed builds a ball nest with loads of feathers and cobwebs and a tiny entrance hole.Getting into the nest to ring the chicks is a nightmare without wrecking the nest...and avoiding the adults deserting. It can be done though and you need to chat to someone on the forum who has done it.You will need plenty of live food too.
Beautiful little birds if you can get them...but they are in demand.

very simple to breed them and buying overhere , they go for about 75 euro a pair , the only thing with them is that there's no difference between male and female , there's about 15 sub-species , mostly sold as pair from 2 sub-species ( the more colored ones are the males they say , but thats a lie , its just an other sub-species )
