So Slow Lately?

I log on and it takes forever and then flips back to google or says it is unavailable. Still doing it, was bad this morning ok for a bit but terrible tonight.

got this a little bit ago:

"Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

Now it's back, but really slow.

I'm having finch withdrawal. I hope it fixes soon!

there has been a couple of different messages coming up, or it has gone to a white screen....odd.

I use my iPhone and I've been having problems too.

Yup my iPhone isn't letting me load much quicker
Quicker than my computer but that's not saying much!


It gets me mad so I haven't looked at anything on the site!

Man - tried 3 times to upload a post with photos of my new birds. I give up for now! Perhaps things will be better in few hours.

Still having trouble, occasionally it's better, but then it goes bad again.

Having to carefully choose what to try to read, and what to try to respond to. Not fun! It's almost as much fun to be able to say "wow, beautiful birds" as it is to get a "wow, beautiful birds". Now, I'm doing neither. waaaaahhhh

I had contacted support for the web host of this site (Dreamhost) & was told the slow behavior of the site was due to server overload (a problem on their end, not with this forum specifically or with any of your computers). They have supposedly corrected the issue - so let me know if there are every any other hang ups or time outs so I can look into it further/again! :0)

Crystal, I do notice that when you submit a response on a topic the response posts but in the tab it still looks as if it is processing (as of this morning still). I posted a few times and submitted only to have the screen go white. Logging on will get a server message.

I was having trouble logging in and also opening a PM earlier this morning, but all seems well now. Please let us know if there are further problems.

I have also noticed extremely slowness, unability to open, getting the white screen, getting the service temporarily unavailable message, and clicking on posts but failing to get them to open for the past few days, and this morning as well. I don't think it is fixed yet, at least not consistently.

me neither ...sometimes it is very quick and others it takes forever if at all!!!!!

has anyone else been logged off? everytime I come back its always logged me off.. not that its that drastic lol but i log in a lot that even if i choose to keep me logged in it doesnt. With my iphone i have to always log myself in.
