A few site changes

I enabled PM messaging; we can take another vote in a few weeks on whether or not it's worth keeping. You can change your PM settings (notifications, etc.) by clicking the "Profile" tab.

I also added some more smilies (clicking "view more emoticons" from the smiley menu will show them)

Here are the new ones:

Smilies and other BB-code should now be easier to use since they should be inserted wherever you want (at the cursor caret position) instead of at the end of the post like before (that was so annoying!).

You may also notice that your profile shows your signature (if you have one).
