Editing subject line...

Hello....When I add pictures or updates to a topic is there any way to edit the subject line?.....I used to be able to add UPDATE to the subject before the time limit was put on editing....Is there a way to do this?

I thought that's what I said... but yes - sending a PM to any one Mod asking for an edit of a title or message will get it done.
