or maybe I just need to simmer down on finch forum but it's a pain in the neck to maneuver the site from my phone.

what phone do you own...I have the HTC EVO4G and it is a breeze...I can take you guys with me everywhere. I bookmark it.

Iphone. I can make posts and maneuver about the site but it's a pain trying to enlarge and minimize the screen along with clicking on links as some show teeny tiny. If we had a app it would make accessing and maneuvering the site a lot easier.

Yeah - I know less than nothing about apps of any kind. Maybe Hilary knows more.

I know some can be inexpensive, even heard of them being free, but some can get quite expensive. Don't know what it would be for a forum site.

I noticed the Tip Jar today and started thinking that if we could get enough people to donate, those of whom who maybe interested or would utilize it, maybe we could get one. I can talk with my web designer on Monday and get an idea on the cost. What do you think?

Yes, I would definitely chip in with a few bucks to get an iphone app!! I haven't been on the forum for a while because I am not on my computer very often these days, and from the iphone it's tedious to check the forum. Count me in!

If you guys had droids I would have my boyfriend get right on it. He is a developer for android and is always interested in new ideas. Him and his friend have there own company now and have published a few apps on the android market. They are still small but in the future they want to develop for the iphone as well as there is more money in it lol It just takes money to make money lol I will pass the idea along anyways

I wouldn't mind just getting an idea on pricing if he could throw some numbers out there. That way we at least have an idea as to what kind of $$$ we are talking about and can see how many people would be interested.

I'm not sure what kind of forum this is but if it's either phpBB or vBulletin there is an app for the iphone that is compatiable with those kind of forums: the TouchBB Forum Browser http://www.messageforums.net/iphoneforumreader.php.

Crossing my fingers that this would work out for I too would love to be able to navigate this forum with a bit of an easier way on my iPhone!
