Help posting picture in the gallery.

Some how my pictures are not coming up in the gallery. What am I doing wrong? I know I have posted picture before, but I kind of forgot the steps.
How do I pick the specific place that I want my picture to go to. Thank you.

It's changed a bit. Once you've uploaded, you'll see a "continue" button. You need to hit that. Next screen will allow you to place the photo in one of the albums and add a title and comments.

(BTW, the pics you've uploaded so far are great!! You have a wonderful variety of birds.)
