A friend sent me the cutest video of her pile of handfeds, but I can't figure out how to post it here. It is a mov extension, or type. Do movies have to be posted on something like YouTube, and then linked?

I believe they need to be hosted on a site like YouTube and then link here - yes; although you might be able to 'embed' the video here from YouTube as well.

Nope, sorry - I don't know how to embed - only copy/paste the YT link.

Thanks Liz. I'll check with my friend tomorrow. She sent it to me as a movie, so she may not want it uploaded to YouTube. She has 11 handfeds in a pile--Gouldians, Shaft-tails, and Societies. And she has another 3 older ones she is handfeeding.

Sally if you have trouble getting it to post you can email it to me and I can post it on finchaholics and give you the link to post in your thread.

Thanks, cindy, I'll check with my friend and make sure it is OK with her. It only lasts for a few seconds, so I don't think it is a large file.
