I only get them if the person uses my username in the response

Do you mean if you subscribe to a topic? You should get a notification when there is a new post in that topic. If you aren't, send an email to support@FINCHforum.com. I'm not sure if I can do anything about it, still learning admin duties. It may be something Crystal has to resolve. I'll move this to the Site-related forum.

I get a " you have been mentioned in a topic" then click on it and it just says the same. I actually
have to go on the internet, finch forum, then find the topic.-- no big deal

It is the same for me--if someone mentions me in a topic, I get an email from the forum saying I have been mentioned, but I have to go online to the forum and check PMs to get the message, which just says I'm mentioned in this topic, in this post. For a while, I was getting all PMs in an email, which not only said I had a PM, but then quoted the whole PM. That was nice, as I could then decide if it was something I needed to take care of right away, or it was something I could leave till later in the day. I think whenever there is an update on the forum, one or two things seem to get changed.

Yeah lou, I'm not getting them either. Even tho it says I'm "subscribed" to a topic. I just have to go hunt up the post and see if there has been a reply.

I'll subscribe to a couple of topics and see if I get email notifications.
