I would like to add the little finch icons I see on a lot of signatures but not sure how. Can someone help me?

One of our members, ikhom, designed this breeder database, where you can list your birds and obtain the small icons that members use in their signatures.

I tried to figure it out. See my signature below. I copied the icon url and pasted it into the insert pic window.
The problem I ran into is after doing that more than three times it told me my signature was over the limit of characters. I see many people have loads of the icons though. Any tips on where I am going wrong?

Never mind... I figured it out. You have to register on the site, add your birds and then go to My Birds, then Options, and then click allow signature. Now, you can copy the url and insert it for your Finch Forum signature.
Of course this is also explained in the forum on the Finch Breeder Database but maybe this will help someone who is tech slow like me.

After reading this thread yesterday, I went to the Finch Breeder Database and registered too. Then I tried to figure it all out and finally did, with the help of this thread which told me where to get help there: http://www.finchforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=25508

But then I still ran into a problem. It says that you can drag and drop your icons around to rearrange their order, but I wasn't able to do that.

Could the rest of you rearrange your icons? Maybe the problem is just my computer.

I've tried rearranging my icons in both internet explorer and chrome, and neither works, so I guess I can rule out it being the browser's fault. And now I've entered more birds, but only half of them show up. I must be doing something wrong. Why does it work for other people, and not me?!

It was my mistake. During the recent move I forgot to change some urls, so the page had broken links to the library.
Now it should work in Safari, Firefox, Opera and Chrome. I'm still not sure about IE.

I love those icons too, but have a different problem.
For 6 out of my 15 species, there are no icons in the database yet.
I checked the "All species" list, and it seems that only 13 of the species listed by members don't have a small icon.

Could perhaps someone create those missing 13 icons?
Obviously, I don't mean icons for all 10.000+ species in the database, just for those already kept by members.

That database was developed by one of our members, ikhom. You would need to contact him about any suggestions for the database.

I tried doing so, only to be given a message that I can only send messages to forum admins and moderators.

You can contact Igor at the finchbreederdatabase. There is a section for site related questions/problem to contact the administrator, Ikhom. I don't know if he has added more species, but he can tell you if he is able to do so or not. I had one species I could not add, then he added that one later.
