I have been trying to upload a great pic of phineas and ferb as my avatar. But the file is too big of a file. When I look through my pictures it doesn't say how big the file is lol. How does everyone else do it?

You can go to tinypic.com and resize your pictures. Or you may be able to do it through some other photo editing program already on your computer. Bob

30SecondsToBob thanks I will try that. I was trying to do it on iPhoto on my Mac but no matter how much I crop it it still does the same thing. I will try tiny pic though. Thanks for the help.

sally yeah I'm having a hard time doing it too. I wish there was a way to change the file size on the forum. That would be easier . But I will keep trying

Well, I posted, and now it's gone. I made a duplicate post, so I deleted one, but I must have deleted both of them--duh! Anyway, what I said was that Liz (L in Ontario) walked me through it a long time ago, but now I've forgotten how I did it. So thanks, Bob, for that tip, I'll check out tiny pic myself.
