This might sound foolish, but...
I am being told that I can't see my pm's because my folder is full. I am then told that I have to 'release' my messages to be able to get new ones. I would gladly give them their freedom and release them, but I have no idea how to go about doing that. That's why I'm sending out a big HELLLLPPPPP!!!!!

If I remember right, regular members can keep 25 PMs in their inbox at a time. If there are 25 PMs in the inbox, and you receive more PMs, you will get a message saying that you have x number of PMs on hold. You must remove some of your old PMs in order to make room for the new ones. You can delete the old ones, or you can make another folder and move those 25 to the new folder, thereby emptying your inbox and making room for another 25 PMs. At least I think you can make another folder.

We moderators have different capacities, so I'm thinking you can make another folder. Go to your PMs and see if there is an option for making another folder.
