dear forum members,

it has been brought to my attention recently, that my using capital letters in the titles of my posts, has been distracting to some members.

I would like to extend my sincerest apologies on bent knees, with sugar on top to any and all that I have caused any distractions to. can you ever forgive me???

the reason I was doing this, is because I have an issue with my eyes, that makes it difficult for me to find my posts, but no worries, now that I know it's a no-no, it shall not happen again.

I did not think using all caps was a problem....actually it made things more interesting, and made you want to read the thread.... But it's ok, your still the same great member.

I don't know, Elana, I may have to beat you over the head with some spray millet!! Seriously, for some it does make it harder to read the topic titles, for others it makes it easier, but we will stick with the TOS of this forum and limit all caps. Now I know that all of you have read the TOS word for word, right? We all get in that habit of just clicking the 'I agree' button so we can hurry up and get to the website, but it doesn't hurt to review them from time to time. Crystal did a 'Cliff Notes' version at the top of the index page, but for more detailed information, you have to go through the whole TOS page. And I should have caught this earlier, that's my job!

For all the members, the links at the top right-hand corner of the page, just under the date, allow each of us to view unread posts, view new posts, view your posts, and view your topics. I just tried it myself, and there in all their glory are all my topics! Geez, there are a lot of Sally's there! As I find some free time, I will work on changing titles I find back to normal text, so if any of you see your post titles edited, don't worry, it is just the etiquette fairy at work!

lovezebs...I never had an issue with it. I use all caps when I'm super excited or in desperate need of help. I now know its against forum etiquette and will be more conscious of my over use too

Frankly, I think you should be beaten with millet spray like Sally said. I can't tell you how offended I am with your use of CAPITAL letters.

I don't remember a TOSS page....oops, a 'toss' page. Does that mean I get tossed, if I use capital/high case letters?

I always enjoy your posts and so it was an easy way to spot a new Elana post!
