Hello Everyone.

For a while there, I couldn't post on the Forum. I was getting a message, that I was blocked and blacklisted because of some spamming thingy (I don't even know what a spamming what ever it was is).

I didn't have a clue as to how to fix it, and have no one here who knows these sorts of things. For a while I thought I'd never be able to post here again . I found myself thinking of my son Jeffrey, and that if he was still alive, he would know how to fix it. Next thing I know a thought popped into my poor head... why not just turn the phone off altogether, then turn it back on and see what happens (?)

Well folks, turning my phone off and on again, made the thing go away, and I'm back !

I guess someone in the great beyond, is looking out for me (and my little phone).

Thanks Brian, I should have pm'd you, but I just didn't know what to make of this stupid thing. It was just so weird, and I didn't know what to think. Couldn't make heads or tails out of this thing, or the site I went into to try and figure it out.

Sally even thought, that it might be some sort of a robot virus (whatever that is).

I'm just glad that it's gone, and I hope it doesn't return.

lovezebs yeah that's weird.. I don't know what to think of it either. Good job with the resetting your phone, I probably would have done the same thing. This makes me think that it might have been your phone, not necessarily the website. Not sure tho

I have to confess, I don't even know what spam is (other than canned meat that in my opinion is rather disgusting).

It's that stuff you get in your mailbox we call junk mail. Usually trying to sell something or redirect you somewhere

If that's the case, then I'm really puzzled. I'm quite certain that I've never sent junk mail to anyone . As to re-directing someone to somewhere, I have a hard enough job figuring out how to get to where I want to go, let alone directing someone else, lol.

I wonder if I pushed something, without even realizing I'd pushed it, lol.

I am lost when it comes to all these terms and what not. Cookies, spam, sites, thread..... You love cookies, you hate spam, you go to a work site (preferably archeological), you sew with thread....... Do you see what I mean? It took me quite a while to figure out what 'lmao' meant .

Slowly I'm learning some things, but I have to admit, I'm not the brightest bulb in the pack.

lovezebs Don't feel alone, I still struggle with many of the terms on the internet. I just learned to text this year, but I still have trouble abbreviating everything, it just makes me cringe to see things like u r! I have this obsessive need to spell everything correctly!
