How to clear old posts

Is there a way to clear unread posts without reading them all?

Yes, on the left side, just under the "Search Found XX Matches" title it says: Mark All Forums Read

Click that and they will disappear.

Oh I see. Thank you. I guess there is no button to clear them all from every forum, or do I have to do each one individually?

I can't see the Mark All Forums Read under the "Search Found XX Matches" title. Where do I have to be to see that?

when your on the forum index on the left there is a place to click view unread post click that
next the screen will bring up x number of post
Search found 2 matches
Mark all forums read

just click on mark all forums read

Or, when you are in the Forum Index, scroll down past all the Categories and just above where it lists who's online, you should see 'Mark All Forums Read'. Click on that, and all postings on all forums will be marked read and you don't have to look at all those flags!

I guess that that particular writing is small so that you do miss it. leading to you reading more posts and hopefully participating more
