Hi,
How does the 'growth chart' work? do you go by time? # of posts? some other way?

It goes by number of posts. I don't recall exactly how many gets you to each stage, but when you get to 100 posts, you're fully mature.

uh oh, at that rate I'm going be mature long before I should, at least by real experience and knowledge
