Thank You to everyone who helped me on this subject. i have been using a heat lamp with a red light and it has been pretty cold at night here for the past week. i dont know if they are using the heat lamp at night because when i close the tarp it is still pretty warm outside and i turn the heat lamp on to make sure its already warm before its dark out. but i havent had a sick or dead bird so i guess there using it alright.
