sexing your finches

Post by James » Thu May 22, 2008 9:57 pm

I have 2 shaft tail and was not sure about their sex. I was looking at the fact sheet on them and I played the males song. My cage is next to the computer, well the male started singing a jumping al over. the other one just sat there and watched. I have tried this with the others and get the same reaction, to their song.

Sounds like a pretty good way to get a reaction. I couldn't figure out why I could never hear anything when I tried those song clips, and just found out my speakers are not plugged in. #-o (Obviously, I'm not very computer literate!)

Laughter is a good thing! Actually, I'm brunette, but I'm getting a bit senile. Back in the days when the TV repairman came to your house, my Mom paid for a service call, only to have the repairman tell her the TV was just unplugged! Runs in the family!

Sally, don't feel so bad. I once called the air condition repair man only to find out that it was just a blown fuse. I felt pretty silly until he gave me a
75.00 service call. So what did I do? I went a married me a certified air conditioning man. I love air and wanted to make sure mine was always working properly
