They are beautiful. I've never seen a baby in real life, but their colors look so soft and silky. This forum has convinced me that my next finches will be gouldians! Good luck with them, can't wait to see them change. What colors are you expecting?

My tame Gouldian won't eat her veggies! I've tried several fruits and vegetables with no success.
She is so sweet~I want her to live a long life!
Does anyone have any suggestions about how to promote her health?

I would try some spinach and cucumbers. Most birds find these irresistible.

I can't recall, do you have other birds? If she sees them eating veggies, she will soon try. With finches, it's monkey see, monkey do :-).

Thanks for your response~do you mince the food, or attach a piece to the cage like millet? And what do you think about vitamins?

I want to try to post a photo of my little bird~he even says a few words!
