The eldest 14 easily goes through a book a night. More likely than not she's read it.. The younger one 9 is an animal lover. No bird purchases can be done without her. Lol.

If your 14 year old niece, is going through Shakespeare, a play, a night, then I am truly impressed =D> =D> =D> . All I can say is, WOW!!!

It's sweet that the 10 year old, is your 'bird shopping assistant' :-). I love hearing about kids who love animals, it is a good thing =D> =D> =D> .

Would love to see more pictures of Ophelia, as she grows up.

Too funny! Maybe Hamlet wouldn't be her first choice LOL. But in a pinch you never know. I'm always surprised but what she's reading. Here's a couple more little pics of of Ophelia.

What a gorgeous color. She looks like she's been carved out of silver metal and painted lovingly with a light brush of blue and peach. Sooo pretty

Hi Elana. Good question. I'm not positive but she never sings and when she does make noise it sounds like a girl. More of a demanding chirp. With other babies I've had the boys start singing about 2 weeks after fledging. Plus she has a seriousness about her. The boys seem a lit bit more care free. It would be a curse to go through life as a boy named Ophelia. Lol.
