Re: Almost grown up.
Debbie, right you are single factor white breast. Elana I got him at a birdmart last May. He was just finishing his adult molt. Shortly after I bought what I thought was a Yellowhead female but since showing her on this site people have pointed out that she is actually a redhead. If I can't find another female Yellowback orange head white breast I will go ahead and pair of the two I have together. Elana I have no plans to go to Alberta unfortunately. It's too bad too because I could use some of your beauties. LOL.

That's the female I planned on pairing with this guy. Here's a picture of each of them.

Re: Almost grown up.
I'm on my phone so the picture isn't very big but they both look like SF Pastel males one a WB and one a LB
May just be my eyes though, I'll look closer when I can get to my computer

Re: Almost grown up.
Debbie, you think it's a male? I'll post a few more pictures of her and if you think it's a male let me know. I've never heard her sing and her tail is short like females. She has been in a all girl flight

Re: Almost grown up.
In the first picture the ring around the head looked grey just like type SF WB male. Couldn't see tail or belly color, tall does look female. If the belly is the same color as your other hens then hen it is.

I think it's female. If so it would be considered PB or WB?

Re: Almost grown up.
Thank you Debbie. Ok got it. Funny I intended to ask PB vs LB. If it had been a male that colour then it would have been considered LB.

Re: Almost grown up.
Finally back on my computer! Definitely a hen, small picture on phone sure was not as clear as on the computer.
If it was a male then it would have been a LB.
Pretty birds, best of luck with them
Keep us updated when they go to nest
