I was watching the birds and Romeo went right over to Meeps little canary nest, picked up her egg and dropped it on the cage floor. I couldn't believe my eyes. I think Romeo & Sadie are sitting. They share a cage with Nellie and Meeps. Both cages have 4 birds and 2 nests. Its been cool at night so the nests are for shelter and warmth. If we have babies that will be great. Will figure it out later.They are getting tons of food and fresh water. Meeps egg wasn't fertile since she has no mate poor thing was upset. She is one of my favorites my little Zebra.
You would not believe the big platters of egg food, seed, and greens they get every day, and EAT IT! Flying feathered porkers.
