Fledge day

Post by MariusStegmann » Sat Aug 19, 2017 9:07 am

Today some of my finch-babies decided to leave the nest.

Normal cherryfinch, I think there is still a fawn cherry in the nest.

Pretty babies, and that Sunbird is absolutely glowing.

You must be coming towards the end of Winter in your corner of the world, seeing as our Summer is starting to wind down... I've actually noticed some of the leaves on the trees turning colour in the last few days.

lovezebs Jip, our winter is almost done. The problem is that we only have 25% water in our dams. One my country's clever ministers said that the water scarcity is the white people's fault, because we built big dams. We should have built small dams and then they would have been 100 % full and we won't have a water problem.

=))

Get the LEGO out Marius, and start building.

We've had a dry Summer here, with very little rain as well.
