anttena, I've got a bunch of questions for you:

What is Moringa?

From what I've read, spinach contains oxalates which can defeat calcium. Most recommendations advise that spinach either is not given to birds or given in small amounts. Why do you add it?

'sea weeds' makes me nervous, that could be anything unless you have a reliable source.

How did you arrive at the iron sulfate dosage?

Thanks!

I didn't know what it was either, so looked it up...

I have never come across it around here, nor heared about it before.
