Resuscitated a canary chick

Post by MariusStegmann » Tue Sep 26, 2017 4:58 am

I found a seemingly dead canary chick on Saturday morning. I held it in my hand and blew hot air over it. After a while it started moving, I handfed it and left it in the warmth of the sun. Gave it another feed when it looked better and put it back into the nest. Now 3 days later, it is still alive. I feel like an ER doctor. :D

Good for you Dr. Marius :-BD

It's amazing, how a little bit of warmth and food can bring a seemingly 'dead' chick back to life.

It's also amazing, how good it makes us feel :YMHUG:
