Oh my! how sad, I too just read the accident post, what a strange thing. I cannot even picture it.
I am so sorry for you! Take comfort in knowing he had a wonderful life with a loving provider and is most definitely flying in birdie heaven, maybe Charlie met him at the pearly gates!

Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts and supportive comments!

It really helps to be able to post this on the FF and know I'll feel better later. I'll really miss Mesa, but I'm glad he didn't suffer too long. HIs mate, Peoni, is tryng to get to the side of the flight where there is a RTPF pair, but there's a divider, so she is frustrated and sits as close to that side of her flight as she can, poor thing.
