OMG, when changing out food and water in their quarantine cage today, I found an egg in the hay on the bottom of the cage. It seems to be intact, though if a hen laid it from a perch or swing, it fell far enough to break (cage is about 4' tall). Not sure what to do with the egg, as no way to know which hen and which male might be the parents. If I decide to put it in my incubator, I will simply have to put 10 different colored bands on the baby! :lol:

So for those of you who have been getting these imported Strawberries, set them up in a breeding cage for quarantine if possible--you may have babies by the time they finish quarantine! :D A friend who got one pair said hers are already building a nest.
